[Committee] Meeting Minutes

Hi everyone,

Here are the meeting minutes from last week's meeting (sorry they are so 
late). Actions are in red.

I have added Jiho, Federico, Gillian and Chris to this committee list - 
welcome and thank-you for getting involved.

Next term I think we need to have meetings early on regarding the following:
1) Design team and committee talk
2) Working groups meeting
3) Venues for all the talks we have been arranging
