[Committee] democrats initiative for green taxes

Hey.  

I have signed up but I'm not sure if we should spread the word as the 
funding application form says that our society must not back a political 
initiative - so if it looks like we are backing a particular party it may 
affect our funding application.

What does everyone else think?
