[Committee] democrats initiative for green taxes

Hey Anna,
good comment. However I think the point here is to just acknowledge that a
political party backs renewable energy. The democrates' initiative is
something that we could welcome as a society without having a particular
affiliation with that party - and personally, this is very much my case! I
don't even have a right to vote in this country ;)
