[Committee] [committee] room for tomorrow

I'm having real problems getting a room for tomorrow. The main option we
have is a room at New Hall which costs £75. Are we willing to spend this?
I will continue looking for other rooms if not, but it's such late notice
that it's not looking positive. Does anyone have any ideas for other
locations or anything? Would it be feasible to hold it somewhere like the
bun shop/cb2 etc?

Re the 27th, I've emailed all the Corpus people asking them to find out
about it but none have replied yet. Marc, perhaps you could ask Lianna too?
Also, most colleges have big lecture theatres of some sort so if we can't
get McCrum I will ask all college reps to ask about their lecture theatres.
Does anyone have any ideas how I can encourage the college reps to be more
reponsive?!

Nicky

Xmas meal sounds good.

Catz is not available for Thursday.

Also, Marc, have you had any luck with our Corpus contact? I have cancelled
the room in Catz so we need to find a room for 27th quicky too. Stephen -
could you try to book the Bowetts room so we have that to fall back on if
we don't get the McCrum theatre.

Also, I am afraid Shin Yong has told me that he just wants to get involved
in the working groups and is not keen to be social secretary now. He has
paid for membership but I don't think he wants to be an active committee
member - so Steve, could you please remove him from the committee list now
(sorry).

Thank-you

Anna
