Heya everyone,

The venue of the Chemical Engineering Department is confirmed so Nicky - 
could you please send out the poster to the college reps and ask them to 
put them up?

Also, we should all put the posters up in relevant departments.   

I was thinking we could send an email out to each list this week, and then 
another to each list on the day of the talk. Do we have a list of the 
people to email in each college yet?
