  Thank you for the materials concerning the Zero Carbon Society. You are in
good order and we will proceed to register the Society. May I add one word of
caution? I note that you had a deficit last year, which you may perhaps be
hoping to cover from grants. Do let me know if this does not eventuate, or if
the Society continues in deficit.
