[Committee] about charge

Hi Nicky,
Your concern is right. We may not able to charge people without warning. If
we won't charge for this talk, it might not right for us to ask for
membership fee, because the audience won't figure out what is the
difference to be a member or not be a member.
Someone asked me what are the expences. At the moment, it is only the venue
rooms and poster printing. We would have cost on buying equipment since
someone has suggested to buy a projector.
We cannot keep our bank balance negative. Otherwise, no organisation will
interested to sponsor us.
Best,
Jiaven
