Dear committee, I have a date confirmed for the Arup talk - Thursday November 30th. This would be the day after term finishes. Do you think this date is OK or do you think most people mwill be going out as it is one of their last days of the term? Maybe I should change it for next term if he can't do any earlier. Cheers Anna
