Hi, Anna

Great!

Can you arrange some accommodation for me at the University?

7.30 sounds fine.

Re: title, how about, "Zero carbon developments... What can be achieved
in practice".. Perhaps with a strap line, "A talk by Dr Neil
Kirkpatrick, Associate Director, Arup who will describe the latest
developments in building design and masterplanning that are helping to
decrease carbon emissions towards zero".

Rgds

Neil

Hi,

Thursday 30th November would be great.

It is the last week of undergraduate term so the majority of attendees
will probably be graduates but we'll advertise it well to get lots of
people along.

The 2 areas which I think people are particularly interested in are:
Eco-cities: case study Dongtan Tools used to measure sustainability (in
particular carbon emissions) - LCA, EF etc

What would you like the talk to be called? Does 7:30pm sound OK for
you?

Thanks

Anna
