[Committee] CAMTools site set up

Dear committee members,

I just received the announcement that our CAMTools site was set up. The 
next step would be to create some user spaces and wikis in there, and of 
course give all of you access to it. The last could most easily be achieved 
if someone (Steve) could send me a list with the CRSid's of all committee 
members to be part of it. Everybody else could then contact me directly if 
more logins are required.
