Hello Everyone,
This will be the last email before the talk (I think).
We shall be meeting at two times:
6pm, Advanced party at Caius Porter's Lodge to Set Up Signs
6:45pm COMMITTEE TO MEET outside Caius Porter's Lodge (bring a coat)
to discuss final preparations for talks. Collect key from P'lodge when
it is available.
(7pm) Set up Bateman Room for prior talks.
(7:15pm) Meeting starts.(Bateman Room)
At present, we won't have any refreshments. However, IF YOU CAN HELP
WITH REFRESHMENTS PLEASE GIVE ME A CALL ON 07879625706. We still need
all the items below.
(If you are a at Caius, also give me a ring!)
(8pm)
David's Talk (Bateman Auditorium). He will bring his own laptop.
Its a very tight schedule so please be prompt!
