Hi all,

I think Federico is right to demand that our talks should not aim to be too
basic. However, while our potential audience would not need any more briefs
about why and how global warming is happening, not everybody might be too
familiar with the basic issues in the debate on taxation in particular.
Thus, we might ask to really focus on the taxation, which then could start
from fairly basic ideas and take it up to the latest ideas in current
research.
