double the EU carbon market. Please have a bid yourselves. Lets get the
price of carbon into the headlines with this gimmick...PLEASE BID and tell

Some headlines:


*	1 tonne per year project kicked off. New website available
new.zcarb.net general Zero Carbon group needs to talk to more people
(academics, politicians, business leaders) 


*	Climate Bill Independent body good plan. Should advise/update
target? "Cost of Solving Climate Change is Negative" Need tyndall centre to
do policy. Nobody is doing this at the moment. 

*	Problem of lack of local democratic control in planning - long term
plan for Cambridge UDI 


*	Poets starting to get together to talk about this but feel difficult
to get into the science.
