[Committee] Biofuels are Not the Answer

I mentioned my paper/essay on biofuels to a few people at last
Thursday's meeting.  The latest version is attached.  I'd very much
appreciate any comments, positive or negative or additional points
(since I drafted this, I hear Chavez and Fidel Castro have spoken out
against biofuels and that bioethanol may cause more more air pollution
than petrol...).

Steve, Philip: you both mentioned you might want to post this on your
sites.  I'll leave you to decide if it's appropriate for one or both
of them.  Pls let me know where it's posted, though.
