[Committee] Fresher's fair

Me again, different topic!

I have attached a spreadsheet in Excel ( I hope everyone can open it, if not
I'll change to words or something), with dates and half-hour slots for the
fresher's fair. Please put yourself down for any slots you can do and a
maximum number of hours you can afford to be away, but put yourself down for
every slot that you could do. Later on, we'll go through it and make sure
you don't have to do more than you want. That's why I'm down for every slot
at the moment, although I won't be there all the time (it's tiring). We are
aiming at 2-3 people at every time.

We'll need:

- sign-up sheets
- flyers or information sheets, TERMCARD would be great as well!
- posters? banners? anything to make the stall look good and so that people
can see from afar what it is about?
- maybe veggie nibbles, food at the fair always goes down well
- questionnaire that I mentioned in the minutes
- Receipts that we will hand out for membership payment, and some change as
we don't want to turn someone away because we're short of money
- Laptop (with information, video, whatever)
- a lot of other stuff that you can add to this list when replying to it, as
I'm sure I have left out some stuff
