Hi Anna,
What about:
"
'Carbon Calculation and your personal footprint.' Rosemary Randall and
Andy Brown will talk about carbon calculators and ways of measuring
individual carbon footprints. There will also be an opportunity to get
your personal footprint measured.
Rosemary Randall and Andy Brown are founder members of local
environmental organisation Cambridge Carbon Footprint. CCF works in the
local community with a variety of projects for carbon reduction.

What time is the meeting and how long do you usually go on for? And where?
(What we thought we could do would be talk for a bit about the various
calculators which are around, how they are designed, the assumptions
they make, what they are useful for etc. Then, calculate one person's
footprint as a way of talking everyone else at the meeting through the
questionnaire. Then, one of us will take questions/open up discussion
while the other bashes through as many of the completed forms as we can
manage so as to give people answers on the spot as far as possible: the
rest we will take home and email later. OK?)
All the best, Ro
