[Committee] Wind power action and old homes

Hi everyone,

The article below shows that local people are complaining about the 
construction of pylons on Scotland which are requireed for more wind power. 
I think we should get some material together to support the construction of 
these - a petition etc.

Also, I think we should try and take action on the situation of the 
efficiency of old buildings, after we have finished our SPD work on new 
buildings. Old homes generally have awful insulation, and we should try to 
influence the goverment to improve these buildings.

Do you think these areas would be good for us to go down in Working Groups?
