[Committee] petition

Sorry to do this late, I find the text is excellent but the word processor 
indicated some minor errors which I thought should be fixed, namely

1. spelling of disastrous
2. the phrase "demand that ... be" rather than "shall be"
3. sustainably doesn't exist apparently.

I have attached a fixed version.

PS: I'm thinking of getting the green officer in my college, who helped me 
run the film event, to get involved in obtaining signatures.
