[Committee] monday night

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to check that people have done their bit on publicity.... only 2
days away and we have a huge lecture theatre so we need to make sure people
actually turn up!  If you can print off posters and put them anywhere you
can think of that'd be great too.

On the day, how do things usually work with presentations?  Do we provide a
laptop and the speaker just brings a memory stick?  Or do we need Jonathan
to bring his laptop?
