It seems inevitable that the enforcement of these regulations should be
extended to the verification of executed building measures. A possible
wording for a note 8.3 would be “The City Council shall designate an
independent body to verify the executed building fulfils the requirements
that were agreed upon in the planning permission.” A clause for
non-accordance should specify the expected fine.
