It is hardly understandable why this carries only the attribute of a
preferred standard. As climate change is already happening, and there are
more and more forecasts for local climate changes, these should have to be
fully taken into account for new buildings. In particular, due to already
existing flood risks in the vicinity of the Cam river, careful projections
should be taken to account for the future increased probability of such
events.
