Motivations and Framework for a sustainable development policy
The present draft of the supplementary planning document for sustainable
design and construction encompasses a number of compelling propositions in
terms of town planning. However, it fails to properly address the issue of
energy efficiency, one of the most crucial issues to tackle on the way to a
sustainable society.
