[Committee] SPD Submission; Document to be sent to Eithne tomorrow

Dear All,

I had received some corrections by Geoff and Ceri (attached here), but did
not have time to incorporate them properly into the document.
Maybe I'll get to it later, but otherwise one of you might have another look
at possible changes. Maybe sending off the document is not quite as urgent,
also?
