[Committee] Energy use/supply working group possible project

As you know I'll be away next week.  But let her know that I'm in
Queens' and can help too.  This is a good project for the energy use
working group.  As the concepts and experience learned from this about
new building design can be translated for use on other projects.  We
could write some short i.e. 1 to 2 pages of reasoned recommendations.
