RWE npower - an inter-university competition
Keeping the lights on - how should the UK plug the impending energy gap?
An inter-university challenge for a £10,000 prize fund!
Deadline Friday 16 March
RWE npower are inviting teams of undergraduates in their final
or penultimate year to enter an inter-university competition that will
see them present their solutions to a panel of industry experts and
academics at one of four regional heats.
The energy crisis is rarely out of the news. But what's the solution? RWE
npower are holding an inter-university competition to find the finest minds
in engineering, science and business. In a team of four, you'll have six
minutes to present your energy proposal to a panel of industry experts and
academics. What's more, if yours is the best of the best, each of your team
will win £1,250, while your department will win £5,000. To find out more

Each team must consist of four students and a lecturer.
