[Committee] Zero Carbon response to Treasury committee on the Stern review

Dear Adrian,
I'm going away tomorrow, but if you could send a draft when complete to
Stephen and cc in committee at zerocarbonnow.org , that would be appreciated.
There probably won't be any changes required, rather a formality.
If anyone has any immediate comments on Stern and it's implications for
Treasury policy, (now or in the morning) they I assume it is ok for people
to send them to you.
