[Committee] website structure update

Hi Maki!
The new site design looks like a nice high-tech user interface!
Just two propositions: in my browser, the side menu items on the left are
displayed considerably tighter than the logo just above it. It might be
a nice idea to massage these elements into a single column, with the
top menu header and main content aligned below each other, as well.
I'd also appreciate some more visible colors for headlines, and probably
globally larger fonts. Fonts might be a Linux-problem only, though. I have
the impression that windows explorer generally renders things in bigger
fonts.
