Hi all,

see below for the blurb to be sent out to all the email lists that you know,
individuals and departments. Please amend until early afternoon (say 2pm)
and then we should really start sending it out to various email-lists. A
poster is soon to follow, but this has to go out early, so that people can
include it in their weekly email.

We should draw up a list of the places we want to advertise it on, but as we
are doing the protest advertising as well, we can do the two together for
some lists.
