Hi everyone,

looks like we'll have our table for receiving people at the entrance on
Tuesday.

However, no high-level audio / video - taping is available (see below) as we
definitely don't want to spend any money on this...

Dear Dr Moller,

Looking at the booking sheet LG18 is in use from 9.00 until your lecture
at 15.00. Not even a break for lunch. This creates a problem if you want
to set up video recording equipment. As Dr Allen has said, we cant
provide this service. However, there are two names that you can contact
to see if they can do it for you. One is called QAV, the website is

http://www.qav-ltd.com/

The other company is Cambridge Audio-Visual who although slightly
expensive give a good service. One days notice may provide a problem for
either of these. If you have looked at our AV facilities website you
will see we just provide a basic level. There is a static PC running
Windows and Office XP. I or one of my colleagues will be down to the
lecture theatre at 2.55 to turn everything on. If you have any
presentations in advance that you can e-mail to us, that would be great.

I hope this helps.
