[Committee] Wiki Spam

Hi all,

I've manually deleted all suspicious users and spam pages.
User registration is now deactivated. I'd have to find out how to register
other
people if someone else wants to become a user, but we should be safe for
the moment, unless people have hacked the database and write to it
directly...
