 Hello all,



The time has come to finalise the events taking place in green week and
produce a double sided event programme.

This will consist of a list of events on the front and a brief summary about
each society on the back.

The list of events is listed on the attachment location, place and time,  a
title and description of the event are all necessary.



Please send this information (additional to that on the attached sheet)
directly to Will Pearse (wdp23) who is designing the event programme.

Because this event programme will be directed at freshers I think it is
necessary that a brief description of the society holding the event is
displayed on the back (on the off chance that they do not walk past your
stall at the fair!)



Therefore can this also be sent to Will now!

The sooner we get an outline of the programme the sooner we can edit the
contents of it if necessary.

I am going away on some last minute field work on 13th-24th September if
there is anything you need to speak to me directly about – do it today or
tomorrow!

Also as we have had no positive responses from our external sponsors, you
will be receiving a request from Siong-hee, the weeks treasurer for a
donation to collectively publicise the weeks events (in the form of event
programmes etc.)
