Hi Everyone,
Just had a good meeting to plan on the freshers fair. Quick summary of
this email: Please sign up on the rota for at least a couple of hours
(each day?)!

Chris will be helping with the design of our materials. If you can help
with the design side please let Chris know. We will do a two-sided
leaflet with information about our society and the term-card ahead and
what people would get if they join.


Pablo will be looking into the logistics of display boards, so if you
know somewhere to find posterboards in town, or a way to transport (van
or large car) them from the Physics Lab let Pablo know.

We need to print some A3 work at the New Museums Site. Anna, might you
have time on Monday? I can give you the files to print - and the
society can pay for the printing cost (50p per colour A3 sheet I think,
payable at the Cockroft building). It would be good to have soem of the.

We thought to have a Laptop, on which we would have climate modelling
software, the presentations of the society and some films (Inconvenient
truth). Marc, might you hav a personal laptop you can use.

We will also have some space for materials from other organisations
(CAMACAG/Cambridge town; Climate March; Environmental Nuclear) plus
Policy 'thinktank' group. We will have a sign up sheet with name
college email and tick-box area of interest.

We have membership cards here. Charge £5/year or £7/life (special
offer).

We can meet on Sunday night @6pm 1 Parker St for final preparations for
Tuesday.

A rota is attached. In the meantime it would be really helpful if
everyone could maybe sign up for a couple of hours at the least! If you
are working, maybe helping at the end of the day might be best? If not,
then sometime in mid morning or mid-afternoon would be most helpful.
