Hi all,

there is going to be a squash for graduates on ethical societies and the
likes saturday in a week. We should probably get some people together to be
there that night to get some people on board for next year. It would also be
good if we had some idea of what we think Zero Carbon society
will/should/could be doing next year. So it would be good if we could
discuss this, email-wise first and meeting up once we've thrown out a few
ideas there (otherwise we'll not get past the brainstorming in our meeting).

I propose that we meet sometime this week and definitely before Monday, as
we will need to get the ball rolling rather quickly on all of this. Go to

http://www.doodle.ch/qknrprrdrqirc76v

to say which of the times you can make. It really doesn't take long, so even
if you are busy, just fill it in, as it's good to know whether that you
can't make it.

Final point, I will send out an email to the Zerocarbon list tonight (or
tomorrow morning), so if you have any items that you want to be included,
please pass them my way, eg how the conference is going on and how people
can get involved, sweaty earth project etc.

Take care,
Marc

Hello all,

There's going to be an environmental and ethical etc. squash targeted
at graduates next term - would be great if some of these groups were
represented. I'm afraid I'll be in the middle of exams on the 3rd of
may, so I can't get involved with organising, but do get in touch with
Shery ("Y.Y.S. Huang" <yysh2 at cam.ac.uk>) if you're interested.

Emilia

Hi, Emilia and Steve

For the grads fair, the time you really needs to be present is between
7:45-8:15pm on 3rd May (Sat). Plus preparation this will be about one hour.

For the environmental societies, could you forward the message to the ones
 you know of then?

The brief program on the day (Sat, 3rd May, St John's) is:
 6:30- 7:00pm, fair (optional)
7:00 - 7:45pm, first half of variety show
7:45- 8:15pm, interval, fair, refreshements provided
 8:15pm - 9pm. 2nd half of variety show.

Thanks and maybe see you on Thursday

 Shery
