[Committee] Zero Carbon realities in Sweden

Hi all,
I just found a very interesting article about the city of Växjö in Sweden,
voted Europe's most sustainable city. This clearly shows that Zero Carbon
can be done if there is a will to do so! Very warmly recommended reading:

Maybe we could even find somebody from there to speak at the conference
in September. What do you think?
