Hello All

Please find attached some guidelines for presenting a 20 minutes paper to a
Cambridge Uni conference to be held in October of this year. He title and
theme is: "Representing Climate Change: Ecology, Media and the Arts." If you
have any ready-made talks knocking around, then now's the time to send in a
proposal. Deadline has been extended to July 4. (sadly it looks as though
I'm too busy myself to write something of the appropriate length and
calibre)

Dear all,

I hope this finds you well and enduring an overdose of heat, light, and
breezes here on the first of July. I'm just writing to remind everyone that
this week is the deadline for proposals for the "Representing Climate
Change: Ecology, Media and the Arts" conference to be held at CRASSH this
coming October, and to say that if you haven't sent one in yet, now is the
time to do so! Technically today is the deadline, but since it's the
summertime and we like to stop and smell the roses as much as anyone, we'll
be accepting them through THIS FRIDAY, 4th July, but not a jot later.
Anything coming after that cannot be considered. Attached is the CFP if you
need a reminder.

Thanks. We'll be back in touch shortly with more news and information, but
until then, we hope to see you either in person or in our inbox. Don't
hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions about the CFP or the
conference -- we'll look forward to hearing from you.
