[Committee] adding administrators to a society account

Dear sysadmins,

could you please add the following people as administrators to the srcf
account for zerocarbon (czcs Cambridge Zero Carbon Society)?

Marisa Teh <shmt2 at cam.ac.uk>

She already has an existing personal srcf account, which is required to
become an administrator.

The committee might want to make a note that this is the normal procedure
for adding admins to a society site at the srcf.
