Hi,
1) Small rule change, individual fund raising is now ALLOWED during
the fair. So if you want to raise additional funding for your
society/charity, go for it.
2) Change in times
-- 6-6:40pm, the pre-show society fair
-- 8:00-8:20pm, fair again.
You can come anytime after 5:30pm to the Palmerston Room, St John's to
start preparing.

3) We will provide you with some refreshements/snacks so that the
guests can pick up some food while visiting your "stall".

4) You are more than welcomed to watch the show. We have a line up of
fantastic acts! (I was amazed when they did the rehearsal today). Ask
whether your friends want to come along as well! It will be great Sat
night entertainment.

5) We are having 10 societies/charities but only 8 tables. Each table
is 1.5m x 0.8m. We need to decide how things work on the spot. Also,
if you have any problems, or last minute change your mind of not
turning up, make sure to let me know.

6) Finally,
We are here to help you publicise your society. We have done so by
going through most CUSU, GU and department mailing lists. To maximise
the publicity, and help each other's society, we recommend you send an
email to your mailing list about this event, and, spread the word in
your college/department. (see the attached poster)
