[Committee] Minutes for last meeting

Hi all,

although the minutes need quite some more working on them, as many things
are not yet clear (ie, I didn't make a list of the aims of zero carbon and
of other things) I have to rush off now and won't have time until the
beginning of next week, so better have this than nothing. All those who were
there, add your bit/thoughts that I have left out.
